Roast Profile
Italian roast — a medium-dark to dark roast level that produces a deep colour, low acidity and a smooth, rounded body. This style brings forward the boldness and depth associated with classic Italian coffee while maintaining balance and drinkability.
Origin & Blend
A carefully selected mix of premium Arabica beans sourced from Central and South America and Africa. Roasted in the Italian tradition to deliver sweetness, complexity and a rich mouthfeel.
Grind Options
Whole Beans – grind fresh for best flavour
Brewing Recommendations
Espresso: 18–20 g grounds → yield ~36–40 ml in ~25–30 sec for a rich, balanced shot.
Moka: Fill the basket with espresso grind; use medium heat until percolation completes.
Filter: Approx. 1:15 coffee-water ratio; brew with clean, 90–96 °C water for 2.5–3.5 min.
French Press: Use coarse grind at ~1:15 ratio; steep 4 min before pressing.
Freshly ground beans and filtered water will always deliver your best cup.
